Celebrate Black History Month by creating your own mini Kente cloth patterns! Join us to explore the vibrant colors and intricate designs of Kente cloth using colored paper strips.

Attendees will create their own mini Kente cloth patterns using colorful paper strips while learning about the rich history and cultural significance of Kente cloth in African heritage. All materials will be provided

Founded in 1973, the award-winning Warren-Newport Public Library serves a population of approximately 60,000 within a 55-square mile area. The library offers books, movies, and music in the collections and engaging programs for all ages. WNPL also provides many educational and entertaining online resources, including ebooks, eaudiobooks, streaming media and research databases.
