Study Room 6Join the Job Center of Lake County in Study Room 6 to receive employment preparation assistance on the following Thursdays from 2-4pm: April 17, May 15, & June 5.
Meeting with a Job Center representative provides one-on-one support for job seekers or individuals looking to transition into a new career.
Available services include:
- Develop or customize your resume (first-come, first-served basis, as seating is limited)
- Discuss your career transition
- Connect with funding for training
- Explore paid work experience (internship) options
- Apply to Climate & Equitable Jobs Act (CEJA) opportunities
- Learn about growing businesses in your area
