Join a WNPL librarian on Zoom and find answers to your computer questions.
If you have technology questions, then this is the Zoom class for you! WNPL librarians can help you learn new computer skills and walk you through using our website, including subscription databases and e-downloads. Staff can also help with questions about Microsoft Office products and Internet resources.
Please register with your email address -- we will send you the Zoom meeting details a few days prior to your appointment, and request background information on the type of assistance that you need in order to have the appropriate instructional materials available.
Please note: Assistance is limited to instruction that can be completed over Zoom. Staff cannot install or troubleshoot hardware or software. Attendees can join the Zoom class using any Zoom-enabled device (phone, tablet, computer, etc.).
