Oreo Crumb Crispies
Ingredients:
1 can Original Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
1/4 cup cold butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoon white sugar
6 Double Stuffed Oreos
1/2 cup flour
Glaze
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 Tablespoon butter softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon milk
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a large zipper bag, crush the 6 Oreo Cookies into fine crumbs.
3. In a medium bowl, combine Oreo crumbs, brown sugar, white sugar, and flour.
4. Cut cold butter into Oreo-sugar mixture to form a crumb consistency.
5. On an ungreased cookie sheet, separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles. Sprinkle crumbs on top.
6. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-12 minutes.
7. After the triangles are baked and cooled, cut them into smaller triangles.
8. Glaze: Blend together all the glaze ingredients and drizzle over the baked Oreo Crumb Crispies.
