The Off-Base Transition Training (OBTT) pilot program is an opportunity earned through service for veterans, veterans currently serving in the National Guard and Reserve, and their spouses to take control of their career through workshops to help meet their employment goals.
11am-1pm: Your Next Move - a workshop designed to provide information on evaluating careers and developing a plan to achieve the desired career.
1-2pm: Lunch break on your own
2-4pm: Federal Hiring - a workshop designed to give you a better understanding of the federal hiring process, including information on identifying preferences and executive hiring orders for veterans.

Founded in 1973, the award-winning Warren-Newport Public Library serves a population of approximately 60,000 within a 55-square mile area. The library offers books, movies, and music in the collections and engaging programs for all ages. WNPL also provides many educational and entertaining online resources, including ebooks, eaudiobooks, streaming media and research databases.
