The Warren Newport Public Library is excited to launch a new Business and Leadership Book Discussion Group, led by Executive Director Ryan Livergood. This collaborative program with the Gurnee Chamber of Commerce brings together business professionals and community members to explore leadership topics through engaging book discussions.
First Meeting: Thursday, September 25, 11:30 AM–1:30 PM We'll kick off with "The Ai-Driven Leader: Harnessing AI to Make Faster, Smarter Decisions" by Geoff Woods (#1 Best Seller in Technology on Amazon). Don't worry about reading ahead, as our first session will introduce the book and show you how to access it through the library in print, e-book, or audiobook format.
Second Meeting: Thursday, November 13, 11:30 AM–1:30 PM Come back ready to dive deep into the book with fellow participants.
This discussion group is designed for business owners, leaders, and anyone interested in professional development. We encourage you to invite your business partners, colleagues, and friends. Let's learn, grow, and connect together while exploring the latest trends in business and leadership.
Meetings will be held at Warren Newport Public Library. During our first session, a boxed lunch will be provided by the Village of Gurnee Chamber of Commerce.
